SCORM export settings for LMS

We are currently implementing a new LMS and have to export all courses for the new system. Now we are facing the question, which are the correct naming preconditions for the SCORM files?

I learned that we have to prevent spaces in the name of the SCORM file and special characters.

Articulate says in addition that the identifier must be unique and whithout special characters (see attached screenshot). 

As far as i understand, the Title in the LMS Course Information section as well as in the LMS Lesson SCORM information are not critical and may even have blanks. So far so good.

What is however the difference from the identifier under LMS Course Information and the identifier under LMS SCORM Information? In the screenshot which i downloaded from the community those identifier differ.

I know each LMS has different requirements, we are using Successfactors which SCORM 2004 4th edition. However i would like to understand what the function of the two different identifiers is.
