My course is developed in Storyline 3. Using JAWS, the learner is able to "park" on the Next button on non-interactive screens and skip all screen content, even though I have the speech bubbles, images, etc., set to be included. Interactive screens work as expected. Please help, as this course is failing accessibility testing and we can't load this on the LMS until this is corrected. Thanks!
Have you tried using Restricted navigation and restricting the next and previous buttons? This will prevent learners from jumping ahead or skipping over slides before the timeline is complete.
