We have recently created a new course on Articulate 360 storyline, checked it is all working fine on the Cloud. However when we go to play this on our LMS (NHS- ESR)it fails when you attempt to pay the step by step screen recordings. The course just hangs and will not move on.
It maybe the video element. Do you have videos that work in there? The mime type maybe disabled on the place you are hosting them or do you install directly in the LMS?

Does it work on the same machine outside of the LMS?
Yes, we have narrowed it down to the screen capture element of the learning.

Thank you for your response, our IT team say this is what our our server mime type is so I don't think it is that.
We have republished the course and changed the Quality to Static which seems to have worked, so far
