I want to know if there is a way for Storyline 360 to reference the original screen recording (software simulation) rather than create duplicates that increases the file size on output.
I need to create a software demo, tryout and then assessment. So the recording is referenced 3 times. Adobe Captivate allows me to duplicate screen recordings without increasing the file size that much. Any advice welcome! Thanks.
By default, Storyline does create duplicates of the screen recording when inserting the same screen recording. I'm sure we have community members who have managed to achieve similar to what you're looking to do! I hope they'll share their tips and tricks.
Thanks Lauren. Adobe Captivate seems to create smaller file sizes and duplicating the source 'videos' and 'snapshots' doesn't increase file size, which is great when I want to have a demo, try out and then an assessment of an activity. If Storyline can do this that would be brilliant!
