Screen Recording Issues

I'm having issues with screen recordings in Storyline 360. When I make the recording and play it back, it's fine, but when I publish the course (either for LMS or Articulate Review), the screen recordings do not display correctly. The timing is off and sometimes only a partial screen displays. Any ideas?

Hi there Sheryl! I'm not sure I've seen that happen before, and I have a few questions to help me narrow down why it's happening:

Are you on the most recent update of Storyline 360?
Are you working from your local hard drive?
Has this happened in other Storyline files, or just this one in particular?

If you can share a sample file here, that would be really helpful, too! If you'd like to keep it private, use this form instead.

Yes, we have the most current version
yes, I work from my local hard drive
I've been having this issue since we changed over to Storyline 360
