Screencast Volume

I created a screencast within my training and I reduced the volume. Now I am in need of turning the volume back on. I have tried to edit the volume by turning it up 300% but nothing happens. Any suggestions on how to turn my volume back on would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Abbey, what you can do is you can go back to the Slides tab, click the drop down for screen recordings and you'll see the most recent recording you have. You can just reinsert that one to your slide and it will be good as new.

 

 

You can also export a copy of this recording to your disk, for good measure, by right-clicking the video file and clicking the Export option.

 

 

I would also suggest using Articulate Peek since this will also allow you to automatically upload to the file to your private articulate folder and at the same time to your computer. It's as easy to use as the built-in screen recording and encodes it to the same MP4 format.
