I have a two courses that will share some screenshots. They appear in one story, but when I cut and paste they won't appear on the other story...they appear in the time and are set to be visible, but still won't appear on the slide. I have attached a screenshot that shows the outline of the screenshot that won't appear and the timeline. Any thoughts???
Sorry to hear of your issue, but here are a few things we can try initially: please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. If issues persist, please feel free to share your file here so that we may take a closer look.
