Is it possible to have different states in a scrollbar?
Let me explain. In my project, a scrollbar panel has a text variable. For correct option, it shows a long paragraph and for the wrong option, the same panel shows small paragraph.
Scrollbar panel size is fixed.
I don't want the scrollbar (right scroll) to appear for the small paragraph. Is there a way to control it?

Scrollbar will be on/off too.
Daniel, in your version I could not find the scrolling panel. Maybe I have missed something.
