I want to include search functionality within my Storyline slide (a text field and search button) rather than using the built-in menu search. I have looked online and the only option I see is to create my own index using javascript (sounds like a pain).
Does anyone know if there is a way to pull the same functionality that the built-in search has to a slide? If not, PLEASE add this as a new feature Articulate!! I see there is a lot of interest for it. Alternatively, you could add a search button like there is on the menu at the topbar (where resources is located)?
Looks like you already came across this community post, but if you haven't yet, you can check out this custom solution that uses Javascript to create a custom search functionality (Unfortunately, there isn't a non-Javascript solution that's available natively in Storyline 360).
