How do I add search functionality into a course incase someone wishes to search for a topic and wishes be taken directly to the slide which contains the topic content?
I think the search function does pull content on slides
Well - it should support slide text searching via the filter options, (see image), but when I searched this course for the word "Puddings", (on Slide 3), it did not appear to find anything.
Never really played with this - may need some more digging....
(6 years later!) The search function (turned on in Player) will find words on the screens, and in the titles of the slides, and also in the notes. It offers up a list of all the slides that contain the search term entered. yay!

Hey Jamie,
Welcome! Unfortunately, the Search function only supports the menu panel (menu, notes, etc.) and not specific slide content.
