Seekbar Not in sync with voice on slide

Hi Karen,

How did you insert the audio into the slide and what type of audio are you using? Do you have any triggers tied to the audio, or is the audio starting along with the slide?

Also, how are you viewing the project when it's not playing in sync? Does this happen when you're previewing or only after publishing?

I did figure out how to match the seekbar with the recorded voice.  However I have some hot spots on the screen and there are instructions in the recording to click on the hotspot but now that I moved the time line to so that the seek bar and recording end at the same time the hotspot is off.

You're welcome to share a .story file here, or you can submit it through our support case system if the file's too large, or if you want to keep it private.

If you do submit it through a case, be sure to insert ::christine:: in the description. This should assign both the file and the case to me. Also, please be sure to provide a description of the issue, let me know which slide contains the hotspots and share the URL for this thread.
