Seekbar not working with an audio trigger

Hello Storyline experts!
While I have opened a ticket, it's Saturday and racing towards a deadline - I would love any suggestions to help.
Attached is an anonymized storyline file - 2 slides only to demo issue. My client wants the course to be accessible but where the user can toggle autoplay off before course gets underway.
For this, I, as advised elsewhere, I created a layer that shows if autoplay has been toggled off, and where a screenreader user can select play audio. While this works well, it is clear that any trigger associated with audio means that once the slide is completed, the seekbar does not work (audio doesn't play / not synced), and it's essential that the user can use the seekbar. The client does not the learner to use seekbar on first viewing the slide.

you need for the slide autoplay on/off no audio trigger
your "Accessibility Layer" controls the audio - you have active "Pause timeline of base layer" (this includes timeline synched audio)
I have removed the 2 audio trigger, result:

It sounds like you are having issues with the seek bar if audio triggers are in place.
