self changing font

I searched on font and changing font and text and I get nothing so I will ask my silly question.
Maybe it's frivolous but this bug is bugging me. Nobody can read font size 5 or 7 so why does Storyline default all text placed in the notes tab (for script) at 5 or 7? And why after I change it to 11 or 12 does it self-revert to 5 or 7 when I reopen the file later? My eyes are watering at the eensy font size. If I change it and save my file, is it too much to ask that it stay that way so I can read it?

Thanks for your question. What is your DPI set at? It should be 96. We are having some issues with our own documentation for the moment, so please take a look at the following.
