Server not accepting import
Aug 28, 2016
Hello all,
Hoping for help here - an unexpected error has cropped up in the last few courses which stops us in our tracks when trying to upload our courses. As far as I understand, it first needs to go on to the SAP server, before our LMS can use it - so, although it works in SCORM cloud, the error occurs before it gets as far as our LMS - the error seems to be a simple full stop in the manifest that makes the server reject it on upload.. HELP!!
I've attached the error message - any solution welcome - especially a quick n dirty fix... it could take weeks to get any changes or updates made to our server system.. why is this the first time the error has happened?
I have tried switching the mobile content off. Our system uses SCORM 1.2 (I know..)

Have tried publishing an example course with only 1 page, and that was accepted - so its something in our course publish file it don't like..
(Dances around the room)
I found it! I Found it!!
As simple as having a colon : in the player title - which meant the Scorm manifest had a title with a : in it.. Which the server wouldn't allow..
Easy to fix - :)
