I'm trying to achieve an 1173x660 published screen size in a chromeless player course but when I adjust the story size to these dimensions, the actual published course is turning out a little larger. I have a suspicion that this is happening b/c I have every feature in the menu tab de-selected, and this is causing my published output to be larger. Along with that suspicion btw is another all-too-familiar one that I'm missing something obvious.... Any thoughts or feedback on this greatly appreciated.

The classic player has a 10 pixel border that cannot be removed. The modern player should be seamless.
