Several Markers on one slide - assigning sequence

Aug 06, 2013

Hi there,

I've currently got 5 markers on one slide, as can be seen below. At the moment, all 5 markers are active, and the user can click on any of them, in any particular order.

As I'm attempting to create a scenario, I would like one marker to be active first, and once the user clicks to expand it, then the next one becomes activate etc.

Is this possible, and if so how would I go about creating this functionality?

Many thanks,

Carole

Here's how I did it, though there may be another way.

  1. Create the markers, and make them all grey except the first
  2. Create triggers for all markers that set their state to "disabled" at the start of the timeline.
  3. Create a new state for each marker (true) and make the button blue (or whatever color you want.
  4. Create a trigger that when you push the first button, it changes the disabled state of button 2 to the true state.
  5. Repeat for the rest of the buttons

I attached a quick example.
