Currently I am finalizing my first E-Learning course and hope to publish this weekend. After amended most of the glitches I still have one I can't manage to solve..
When I preview my course in 7 of the 9 modules the sheet names are not visible in the menu to the left or the quiz question sheets are scrambled. In the last module not one of the sheets are visible in the menu.

I apologize, I'm not sure what you mean by sheets in the menu? Do you mean slides?
Articulate Storyline lets you control how the course menu looks. See this tutorial for details.
