Hi, I am using Storyline 2 and I am having problems with things shifting once it is published. The underline feature is appearing through the bottom of the word and the text is shifting down in some instances.
I also have an issue when I bold a word - it moves up and out of alignment with the rest of the text. Using Source Sans Pro font 14. This is how it looks in Preview and Publish modes.
Our organization uses the font size 13-13.5 extensively and now that we've updated to Storyline 2 we may have to update ALL of our modules to different font sizes to align correctly.
I'm not really excited about having to re-align all the text in 20-30 modules, and having to implement a change in our style guide because of this bug.
I just updated to Storyline 2 this week, please advise,
I just wanted to check in about this issue. Is there a time frame where we can expect a solution? My project deadline is nearing and I'm trying to avoid modifying 30 modules.
I am wondering if there is a fix for this problem yet? It has been several months already and the problem clearly impacts the appearance of your customers' modules. Please let us know.
As Emily mentioned above this is in the hands of our QA Team and I do not have an update to provide. This thread is flagged for update when applicable.
Articulate Storyline 2 Update 5 is now available for download. It includes WCAG 2.0 support, several new accessibility features, better HTML5 performance, and bug fixes. Click here for details:

Hi Crystal! What font are you utilizing and does it happen with variations in size?
If you could share your .story file for us to take a look at that would be helpful.
Hello Crystal,
What font and what font size are you using?

Looks fine in SL dev mode - alignment perfect.
Thanks for your replies. I am using Arial font, size 13.
I can submit the file privately if that would be helpful
Hi Wendy,
Let me know if someone finds a solution for that. It would be good to know what to do if that happens.
Hello Crystal,
The Arial font size 13 has been reported to the QA team for review. The workaround for now is to use either 12, 12.5 or 13.5.
Wendy - thank you for the information, I will add that font to the reported bug.
Thank you, Emily! I'm glad there's a workaround for now.
Emily,
any progress on this issue with 13 font?

Hello Crystal,
When there is an update available with a fix, I will post it here. It is still with the QA team as of now.
Thanks Emily. Do they have an estimate of when the fix might be available (i.e., next month vs. next 6 months)?
It is hard to give a timeframe with the updates. Hopefully it will be available soon :)
