Shockwave Flash Object

Good morning
I have a project to convert some old courses to HTML5
There are loads of images and videos which are shockwave Flash Images.
In layman's terms, what is the best way to convert them to a format that I can import into Storyline 360. I've been trying with Adobe Animate but it is causing me a real headache.
I was hoping that i could simply import them as a picture or video and they would update when published.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards

Hi Steven,
My English is not very good, but I will do my best.
There is a lot of interaction in your *.swf, I guess that's where your challenge comes from.
One option would be to convert the different sections to MP4 video (or GIF) and then rebuild the different sections with buttons in Storyline?
However I suppose you would like a faster solution, this one is a bit long.
Great, thanks Jonathan
You could something similar to what I detail in this post.

You could use "JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler". The software opens the swf file and extracts the images, audio, etc into folders. You can then rebuild in StoryLine.
