Show layer when user drops object on target - not working

Hi everyone: 

I can't figure out why this isn't working. It seems like a simple thing. 

I have created what is essentially a drag and drop interaction - but I didn't use the DND slide, because I want feedback to show immediately after each drop is made. I don't want the user to have to click Submit each time they do a drop.

So the slide has nine targets (rectangles with no fill and no outline) and 24 objects. The user is to drag one object to each target. 

The trigger for the first object is: 

Show layer Correct 

when the user drops Scotch 2x38.5 yd clear disp on Target 1. 

Show layer Incorrect 

when the user drops Scotch 2x38.5 yd clear disp on any of Target 2, Target 3, Target 4, Target 5, Target 6, Target 7, Target 8, or Target 9. 

 

Neither layer appears regardless of where I drop the object. I've attached the slide.

What have I forgotten to do?
