I used Storyline 360 to develop an exam. When the exam is completed and the learner is reviewing the questions they missed, the review only displays their incorrect response and does not show the correct response to the question. How do I turn on the option that shows their incorrect response and what the correct response is?
The option to "Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" is part of the Review results trigger.
However, that built-in functionality only works with the built-in Graded Question slides. The program can't do that on Freeform questions. (I assume that's because there are simply too many possibilities for what can be used to create a Freeform.)
To provide custom feedback during a Review, add a "Review" layer to the question slide. FYI: The program will automatically add one if you enter text in the "Post-quiz review" field in FORM VIEW. Otherwise, just add a new layer called "Review" (with that exact name).
