I'm trying to do some of the matching quiz slides but the option to shuffle the answers is grayed out so the slide displays the question and it's match right next to each other and no other way. How do I get this turned back on?
some of the question types shuffle the answers automatically and it's only in edit mode you may see the exact match. Have you tried publishing to see if it is working as expected?
