Simulating a drop down

Good morning!

I am creating a simulation of a software program in 360 - Storyline, and part of the experience for the student/user will be to use a drop down selection and select an option. I am using a image of the software as I cannot recreate without a high LOE. Does anyone have experience with how to recreate this drop down menu selection feature so that the user can have the actual experience. Thank you!
