Simulations output as MP4 with captions

Hi there,

I am having difficulty getting the simulations I have created, to be output with the captions that I have included.

To output the sims as MP4 I have been:

> opening the scene containing the sim

> right clicking on the slide and selecting "Action fine tuning..."

> right cicking on the slide in the new pop-up window and selecting "Export movie"

The video is great. However, the captions are all removed.

Is there an easy fix to this problem?

Hi Jessica,

You can't do this from within Storyline, unfortunately.
You will have to use a seperate video encoder utility, insert the captions, and then re-encode the video.

I would like to test the option to have a main storyline that would launch simulations as external resources

Hi Pyxi! I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, but if you wish to have Storyline output as MP4 as the title suggests, that is not an available feature.

this is the answer I was looking for :)

My problem is that i have two storylines, on the first one i have a link, this link is supposed to open the second storyline, and i didn't find the way to do that.
