I need to make a video that can be accessed at different points with a table of contents. Is there any way to do this without chopping up the video and putting it on different slides?
I have access to ispring and Captivate if someone knows how to use those to accomplish his.
I looked at camtasia but as it turns out the client wants a page that has a linked table of contents. So it took some extra time but I chopped the video up and put each segment on a slide and fade transition the slides and but a link to the table in the top of the player. It worked well just time consuming. Thanks for your response.
Vimeo supports the same feature if you don't want YouTube to be involved.

Hi Bret,
Nope. I thought cue-points could do the job, but jumping in the timeline seems not to be possible.
Camtasia has a feature that supports this, but that was not among your tools, right?

Bret,
If your video can be hosted on YouTube, you an use their iframe API.

You can start and stop the video anywhere.
