Can slide layers in Storyline have different sizes? For example, I want the layer with user feedback to display on only part of the slide, because I want the images from all other layers to still be visible and available for interactions.
This functionality is controlled by the properties on each layer. If you set the slide layer properties so that 'Hide other slide layers' is not ticked and 'Prevent the user from clicking on the base layer' is not ticked then all the layers will display on top of each other and the interactions on each layer will be available (assuming they don't cover each other up).

What do you have on the feedback layer? Can you adjust and reposition those elements so that they work in concert with the base and other layers?

Thank you for this tip. Unchecking the Hide other slide layers box fixed the issues I was having.
