I'm developing a project, in which I need to integrate a skype button into the articulate storyline.
The goal is for the participant at the end of the module to contact the trainer by clicking on the skype button and be directed to the chat conversation.
Assuming Skype is installed on the target machine – you can add a "Jump to URL/File" trigger to your 'Contact the Trainer' button and use the following address to link to a Skype chat – though there are different versions of the address for Skype, and Skype for Business:
