SL 360 PREV and NEXT controls

I'm seeing "<" and ">" as the default controls in my SL 360 player.
I've seen others like this.
Any tips on how to get the text in there instead of just the symbols?

Here's how to enable text instead of the arrows: Click on Player > Colors & Effects > Select Text (or Icon and Text) for Button Styles Navigation.
