With today's update, I can't publish "Word" to any folder without getting a security denial "folder is in use". New folders, any location, any title. I get a denial. Snapshot attached.
Thanks for letting us know this is affecting you, and I apologize for the frustration it has caused! Our team is on it, and you're in the right place to stay up-to-date on this bug's progress. ☺️
Yip, me too, need to publish to word also today so posting to be kept up to date on eta. Hopefully not too long but then I'm in NZ and you guys are fast asleep and I'm close to lunchtime.
We had to deliver 2 storyboards today. One course was built in SL and the other in Presenter. In both cases our work around was to create a PDF of the slides in Powerpoint Notes view. Not optimal, but it got us there
Hey everyone. Just touching base here. The Word publishing issue is of high priority right now. No fix yet, but I'll update in here once it's resolved. Sorry for the headache!
The publish-to-Word feature in Storyline 360 and Studio 360 that temporarily stopped working has been fixed. Just install the latest software update. Here's how.
If Articulate 360 doesn't notify you right away about the new update, open your Articulate 360 desktop app, click the drop-down arrow next to your profile picture in the upper right corner, then choose "Check for Updates."
Thanks for your patience while our team worked on this!

Before you ask... I tried to reboot to free up any held file system resources. I still get the error, any course, any folder.
BTW - SL 360 Beta publishes with no problem.
Thanks for bringing this up, Sam. I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing. I'll share this with my team so we can look into it further.
Thanks again for making us aware of this problem, and I apologize if it's slowing you down!
Same issue from today's Storyline update. :(
It appears that this is happening across the platform. We have the same issue in Presenter.
I'm also experiencing this bug in the latest 360 update.

Hi David, I just ended up screenclipping the slides I needed to show my business owner. Hope Articulate fix it soon.
Experiencing the same issue with SL360, had no issues until yesterdays update.
