We are converting all our SL2 courses to SL3 for HTML5 publishing. The courses still show the player seekbar at the bottom, but none of them show the progress of the slide timing anymore. It's just a blank player bar.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll share my findings with you and be sure to delete the files after testing.
Hi Vincent, sorry. It wasn't showing because we have a custom player and the color for the seekbar was no long showing. I had to change the color of the seekbar and save it as a new custom player. It shows now. Thanks
