I have a slide with 5 data entry fields and the student must complete them before advancing to the next page. What the student enters is irrelevant; it's not actually used, but the client wants something filled in for each box. How do I accomplish this?

attached is a sample file with a couple of options.
The first slide disables the Next button until both TE fields are filled in (uses offstage buttons) to control the trigger.
The second slide has a popup message to complete the TE fields before moving on.
