We have a video course developed using SL2 Update 13 (html 5 output). When uploaded in HealthStream (our LMS), it plays well in all browsers (iPhone too). But, when uploaded in our server (web version), it doesn't play on Desktop Safari or iPhone using Safari. However, plays well in Android devices. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you!
We tested a regular SL2 course without any videos in it. Our external server plays it well. Video course plays well on all mobile devices when placed in our internal server. Probably, it is the external server that is blocking the video.

Are you noticing the media doesn't play or the entire course? Also, have you had any issues with other items when uploading to your server?

It appears to be an internal problem. Non-video courses are playing well in our server. We are trying to figure out the root cause.
