SL360 Video Problems when Viewing in Chrome in LMS with iPhone

Hi All,

We are having trouble viewing our content in our LMS. When trying to play a video, we see the first frame of the video while the audio plays. We then tap the screen and the video pauses and jumps to the exact frame where the video is paused. Then when we click to play again, the frame does not move but the audio continues.

This problem occurs when using a Chrome browser on the iPhone. Course was built in 360. Our courses that were built in SL2 are not experiencing this issue.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Let's first check whether this problem is isolated to your course, or any course you view. I created a quick sample and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud, which is a handy tool we use for LMS testing. Give this link a try in Chrome on your iPhone--does the same thing happen there?
