Any ideas on how to fix SL3 and SL360 courses where audio only plays on IOS devices with headphones? All volume controls turned on and as high as possible but you cannot hear anything without headphones. We have tested with multiple personal iphones and ipads - all different users and models. Thanks!
If you are, and the audio is still missing, can you share a link to the course and a copy of your .story file for us to test? That sounds quite odd, and not something I've run into myself!
Can you check what version of Storyline and iOS you're using? I'd want to make sure you're on the latest versions of Storyline (Storyline 360, build 3.29.19305.0 or Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0) and with iOS used a supported version and device as noted in the system requirements.
