SL3 installation error:80070570 in windows 10

Hi, i'm installing the trial version of Storyline 3 to install license, but it can't be installed in my Windows 10 desktop.

See attached for more details.

I've uninstalled my licensed storyline 2. Please help asap. Thank you!

Hi Eddie,

Did you download the .zip or the .exe file? I'd try removing the Storyline 3 program from your system and then try again by downloading the opposite one from this link: https://articulate.com/p/downloads 

Storyline 3 is the top left corner of that page. 

Also, just double check that your Windows 10 environment matches the system requirements here.

Thanks Eddie - did you try those steps after ensuring that Storyline 3 was removed? Were both sets of install files downloaded and installed locally?  I haven't seen that error message before, so I'll open a case with our Support team for you. That way we can gather your install logs.  Keep an eye out for an email from Support@articulate.com

Also, you don't have to remove Storyline 2 to download or install Storyline 3. They can both live on the same system.
