SL3 Publishes successfully but wont open in Microsoft Edge

Hi, have had several failed attempts at viewing my published Storyline 3 output, I have used HTML5 format only, published it to LMS/Scorm2004 saving both the project file and the published output on my local hard drive.

but when I try to open/view the published result it just hangs and hangs all day long. I even tried zipping the file and uploading it to Articulate ftp site same result there. Wasted 4 hrs on this already, anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

I'm so sorry for the trouble! Have you tried opening the published output in another browser?

I'd like to have our Support Engineers troubleshoot this with you. Would you mind upload the affected file to us? If so, here's a secure upload link. We'll take a look at the file and reply with the next steps!

Won't open in Edge? That's a feature, not a bug :)

Thanks for your reply, I have submitted the file via case number 02339616.

I have since managed to view the published project by publishing to HTML5/Flash, however as I will be required to publish to HTML5 only going forward I do need to find a solution to this issue.
