I have a course fully developed in SL360, and I'm attempting to output a translation document. It outputs a doc after five or so minutes, but the document is blank and shows as zero bytes in size. This is a new issue (it does not happen with other files).
Im using SL36o in Windows 10 (VMWare driven from a Mac). Attempts to open the document have been done in Word 2016 and Word for Mac 2017 version 15.

Hi there, Sarah. I was able to export a translation doc for Word using our latest build of Storyline 360, 3.12.14642.0
Can you confirm which version you're using? You can go to the Help tab > About Articulate Storyline.
If you'd like to share your .story file here, I can try testing an export from my end too!
