I'm not seeing that behaviour - all objects on stage disappeared except for the 'click here to view video' but it didn't advance to next slide I had to click the next arrow to see next slide.
I guess the real issue is that the slide goes to white before it should. Yes, you can advance it, but the side goes to white before you can click on the other buttons, etc on the slide.
the objects are disappearing off slide because the option 'show always' or 'show until end' are not selected. For the objects you want to remain on slide you'll need to select an option - a small arrow will appear to confirm.

there are no special triggers?
but there is an another problem - after 70.5 seconds the screen will be white
you have to set "Show Until End" for all layers and perhaps remove the one hide animation
