I have an introductory slide which asks the learner to access the resources area for a website link. A couple problems with this slide:
-Despite me removing a trigger that was previously there for it to advance to the next slide when the timeline ends, it still does it.
-Clicking on the resources tab (or anywhere in the player for that matter) launches the audio from a video that I have later on in the presentation. Can't seem to figure out why this would be.
so far it happens in IE (which my company still uses) and the preview in Storyline. I will try chrome as well. I found a thread with someone experiencing a similar issue, I replied to it to see if they found a solution. I appreciate the help!
I just read and responded to your other post here! If it's only in Internet Explorer and while previewing in Storyline, we'll definitely want to take a look at the file.
As Phil mentioned, you'll also want to check that you're on the latest update of Storyline 360, build 3.27.18822.0. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".

Any idea why just clicking anywhere on the player would make audio from a video (which doesn't appear until a few slides later) start playing?
That sounds like a bug, try updating storyline does it happen in all browsers?
