Try making a textbox with your bullet points. Set the animation to Fly In, and under Effect Options set it to "By Paragraph". Create a new trigger:
Action: Pause timeline Timeline: This slide When: Animation completes Object: (your textbox with bullet points) Animation: Entrance
Then create a separate trigger:
Action: Resume timeline Timeline: This slide When: User presses a key Key: Enter Object: (your slide name)
The first trigger will freeze your slide's whole timeline as bullet points fly in, so if you have other animations occurring at the same time you may want to place the textbox on a separate slide layer and freeze only that layer's timeline. Up to you!
