I have published the course for mobile in articulate storyline, its around 90 slides, it displays fine in desktops, but when access from iPad (mobile, not Articulate player) it shows slides with empty content, can only see the the menu
Any suggestions why its not showing content in slides?
I published for web and when I try to access story_html5.html its just showing loading icon only on desktop. Where as in iPad the presentation is showing with no content

Are you using flash in the course?
there is no flash, just normal text and images. In fact, I keep the video and the Video is showing, but no other content is showing
Its strange. did you check in HTMl5 output in desktop?

So just to confirm, Jay, you did in fact tick the box to include HTML5 output?
Mind attaching your file here so we can take a look, or share a published link to your project? Otherwise, you can send it privately here. Thanks!

Looks like you're already working with John on this one. I'll keep my eye on it as well.
