Slide layers: correct vs. incorrect

Jul 27, 2020

I managed to see how to translate response for my Spanish language quizzes in terms of the correct vs. incorrect items (now the slide I changed using the slide layers offers the Spanish correcto vs. incorrecto).

BUT, I do not know how to change all of the slides at once, rather than go question by question. Thanks.

Hi Gregorio,

I am a bit confused as to why you had to start all over again when you moved to another slide. All the slides in your quiz "should" be using the same feedback master set and so, when you edit the master for the first slide, it should automatically change the others as well.

If, for some reason, this is not happening, all you need to do is to follow the process I showed in the video to apply the new layout to the next slide (i.e. right click, select Apply Layout and then select your new feedback master).

You may need to delete some of the original text from the slide, as I showed in the video, but apart from that it should be a straight forward process.

Hi Ned. Hope you are well. I have not forgotten you nor the help you are trying to provide. In order to illustrate my problem with the slide master I took screen shots and sent them in to one of my favorite support staff at Articulate and got this response: “I did some testing on a new project file, and it appears that there is a possible bug that affects the feedback layers in the Feedback Master. Basically, changes that are made to the feedback layers do not get reflected on the actual slide. I've logged this as a bug to our product team.“ Anyway, I am feeling somewhat relieved that something that should have been so simple did not work. Thanks and I’ll keep you posted.
