Slide layers not appearing according to quiz pass/fail

Hi,
I've created a course that has a quiz - nothing out of the ordinary. If the student passes, a "success" layer is triggered that shows an image of "Atsumi" with her thumbs up and a button that allows the student to continue to the last slide. If they fail, another layer appears where Atsumi tells them to retake the quiz.
The strange thing is that it works perfectly on my design PC but the success/failure layers do not appear on any of the students' PCs (Windows/IE 7) so they're stuck.
Is there a compatibility issue? Has anyone else had this issue? I've added some screenshots (hopefully) that shows what I've done.

Hi Simon,
Internet Explorer 7 is one of the supported web browsers, and I've seen plenty of community members discuss using it, but one piece that you may want to check is that their Flash player it up to date at version 10 or later.
Also, are they viewing the course within an LMS or is it loaded on a web server? If it's an LMS, you may want to check that they're offering support for IE7.
