Slide navigation + Articulate quiz template

Hi,

I am a little stumped and hoping for some guidance. I am building a quiz, using one of Articulates multiple-choice templates. Once the learner is on the quiz slide, the navigation, from the Player Trigger, disappears so the learner can only submit an answer to move forward and can't go to the previous slide.

I am trying to avoid on-screen navigation so wondering what the workaround for this is? How do I add the Player Trigger navigation back in so the learner can go back if they need to.
