I have a SL3 project in which I have a slide with a base layer and 4 additional layers. Each time I copy in slide notes on the base layer it shows in all the layers. If I click on a layer, and copy in different slide notes, it updates the slide notes in all of the layers including the base layer. Is this a bug?
I don't believe that slide layers have their own Notes. Notes are global for that specific slide...including any/all layers used in that slide. You could add a Notes button and show specific text per slide layer. Might be able to set that up via the Master Slide and save some development time over the long haul.
