The menu items/titles can be moved and renamed if needed. If you need to get them back in order, you can click on the reset button in the Menu options.
Just an FYI, when you use the "reply" button in the email you receive for these posts, it will copy your signature into the forum. You can go in and edit your post to remove this. You can click on the thread title in the email to avoid this in the future.
