Slide sizing issues

Hello, 

I have a course that I am building that will walk users through various processes. I have completed a screen recording to simulate the process and input that into my story. When I exported to do a true preview the screen recording came through very small and even the full screen option in the player does not make it very easy to read and maneuver through. I'm noticing in my player there is a lot of dead space on the sides of my content (image attached - black space on left, right, top, and bottom). Is there a way to make this more zoomed/fill that empty space with my content? I've done screen recordings like this before and not had this issue so I'm wondering if I clicked something I shouldn't have, or didn't click something I should have. Any help is greatly appreciated.
