There are a couple of triggers that can get that done.
With regards to your second question, that depends if the voice recording is different each time, thats a bit hard to do in one go. But if the trigger is always the same. Copy, select the file on the new slide and paste.
If the recording is always the same. Then i would place it in the master layout.

You can jump to a different slide when the timeline ends, or when the media ends.
