I am wanting to use the slider in a quiz question where learners slide to choose a date. I have a variable that takes the result from the slider and places it into a text box. But I can't work out how to create the interaction to submit it for marking as its showing as an unassigned interaction. Am I missing something?
Thanks Wendy. I use free-form questions a lot but just got stuck on how to get the interaction. I also didn't realise I could have a button off the screen that is still active. So I have learnt two things today.

Hi Kay
one way is to make it into a freeform slide and use the pick one style. See attached. Not sure of your setup if it will work for you.
The correct answer is 2000 in my example.
Here is a link to the tutorial that might help you

Hi Wendy
Thanks for the prompt reply. It’s so simple – I never thought of that. I knew I needed something to make an interaction.
Thanks so much for your help.

Kay
No problem glad it helped
