Slider not working for some users in the LMS

Hi All,

I'm having issues with some users reaching out because there is a slider interaction that does not work. I've had about 3 cases so far that have reached out and I've met with them to observe the issue. I did publish in HTML5 (as is necessary now). I had the users experiencing this issue try different browsers, clear their history/cache, etc. Nothing seems to work. 

I've seen similar issues come up on here, but, from I can find, it seems to have been a few years. And, there were no concrete solutions to this beyond redesign the slide or general advice around updating browsers. 

Has anyone come up with actual solution to this?

Any solution ideas are greatly appreciated.
